The practical details

What an initial consult includes
Your 60-minute initial naturopathic consultation covers your full health history, diet and lifestyle, and a review of any recent test results — so your treatment plan is built on the whole picture, not a single symptom.
Health fund rebates
Remedial massage is claimable under many extras policies — check your level of cover with your fund. Naturopathy hasn't been covered by private health insurance in Australia since 2019, so those fees are as listed.
Testing & supplements
Specialised functional testing and any practitioner-grade supplements are optional, always discussed with you first, and priced separately from your consultation.
Cancellations
Life happens — we simply ask for 24 hours' notice if you need to change or cancel an appointment, so the time can be offered to someone else.
Payment
We accept cash, EFTPOS and all major credit cards, settled on the day of your appointment.
