Infrared Sauna
Gentle heat thatworks from within
Unlike a traditional sauna's harsh, heavy air, infrared warms your body directly at a gentler temperature — a deep, penetrating heat you can actually relax in.

Why infrared
Deep warmth, without the intensity
Infrared light warms your body from within rather than heating the air around you. That means you get a genuine, deep sweat at a much more comfortable temperature — no gasping air, no counting down the minutes until you can escape.
The gentle heat increases circulation, carrying oxygen and nutrients to tired muscles and helping your body clear the by-products of exercise and stress. Sessions run for 45 or 60 minutes — long enough to properly unwind, warm through, and let the benefits build.
What regular sessions support
- Circulation & muscle recovery
- Deep relaxation & better sleep
- Detoxification through sweat
- Skin clarity & tone
When the sauna earns its place
Sore, worked muscles
01Post-training heaviness and the deep ache of a big week.
Infrared heat boosts circulation to recovering muscle — many athletes use it between sessions.
Stress & restless sleep
02A busy mind, tight shoulders, and sleep that never feels deep enough.
The warmth settles the nervous system; many clients report their best sleep on sauna days.
Sluggishness
03Feeling heavy, puffy or run-down, especially through winter.
A deep sweat supports your body's natural detoxification pathways and leaves you feeling lighter.
Dull or congested skin
04Skin that's lost its glow or feels congested.
Sweating opens and clears pores while improved circulation feeds the skin from underneath.
What to expect
Your first session, made simple
Bring a towel and a water bottle — that's it. Wear something light and comfortable, drink water before you arrive, and plan to take it easy for a little while afterwards. If it's your first time, we'll suggest starting gently and building up as your body gets used to the heat; there's no prize for toughing it out.
Hydration matters most: sip water during your session and rehydrate well afterwards. Many clients pair their sauna with a remedial massage — heat before hands-on work is a beautiful combination — or use it to extend the benefits of a naturopathy consultation.
Your journey
How we work with you
Arrive & settle in
Come in comfortable clothes with a towel and water bottle. We'll set your session up, show you the controls, and make sure the temperature suits you.
Warm through
Your 45 or 60-minute session at a gentle, even heat. Read, listen to music, or simply be still — this is your time, and nobody hurries it.
Cool down & rehydrate
Take a few minutes to cool off, towel down and drink plenty of water. Ease back into your day gently rather than rushing straight out the door.
Make it a rhythm
The benefits build with regularity. We'll help you find a cadence that fits your life — and pair sessions with massage or naturopathy where it makes sense.
Good to know
Questions, answered
Not quite — and we'd rather tell you upfront. We don't recommend infrared sauna during pregnancy, with certain heart conditions, or if you take medications that affect your ability to sweat or regulate temperature. If you're unsure whether any of this applies to you, check with your GP before booking — we're always happy to hold off until you have the all-clear.
