NDIS Support Services · Geelong
Person-centredNDIS support work
Wellbeing-focused support that helps you build independence, confidence and quality of life — one consistent support worker, a holistic approach, and goals that are genuinely yours.
How we support you
Support built around your goals
Three kinds of support, one consistent person beside you. Every plan starts with a conversation about what a good week looks like for you — then we build toward it, together.
Activities of Daily Living
Practical, side-by-side support with the everyday things that keep life running smoothly.
- Building and keeping daily routines
- Meal planning and preparation
- Self-care prompting and encouragement
- Life admin — appointments, paperwork, plans
Community Access & Social Participation
Getting out into the community with someone beside you — at your pace, toward your goals.
- Support to attend appointments
- Joining community activities and groups
- Building confidence in social settings
- Exploring new interests, gently
Capacity Building & Wellbeing
Support that grows your independence — so each week you need us a little less.
- Emotional regulation strategies
- Physical wellbeing and gentle movement
- Healthy lifestyle routines
- Skills that carry into everyday life
Who we support
Is this support right for you?
Our support work suits participants who want a consistent, relationship-based approach — one person who knows your story, rather than a rotating roster. We work with adults and young people across Geelong who are building independence in daily living, community participation and personal wellbeing.
Because Alanna is also a naturopath and remedial massage therapist, wellbeing isn't an add-on here — it's the whole philosophy. Support sessions are practical and goal-directed, and always at a pace that feels right for you.
Sessions can happen
- In your own home
- Out in the community
- Accompanying you to appointments
- Anywhere your goals take you
Funding & eligibility
Funding, kept simple
The Natural Path Collective is an unregistered NDIS provider, which means we support participants whose plans are self-managed or plan-managed. If your funding is agency-managed we can't invoice the NDIA directly — we're upfront about that from the first conversation.
We work happily alongside support coordinators and plan managers to keep everything aligned with your plan, and we currently have availability for new participants.
Good to know
- Self-managed participants — we invoice you directly
- Plan-managed participants — we invoice your plan manager
- We collaborate with support coordinators

Good to know
NDIS questions, answered
No — we are an unregistered provider. That simply means we work with self-managed and plan-managed participants rather than agency-managed (NDIA-managed) participants. For many families this is a deliberate choice: it keeps the relationship personal and flexible.
