Your first consultation runs for a full 60 minutes. We take a complete health history — symptoms, diet, lifestyle and any recent test results — and begin building your personalised treatment plan, explained in plain English so you understand the why behind every step.

Do you offer telehealth appointments?

Yes — naturopathic consultations are available via telehealth if you can't make it into the clinic, with the same care and the same appointment lengths. Remedial massage is hands-on, so it's in-person only.

What does a remedial massage session include?

Each 60-minute session begins with a brief musculoskeletal assessment so the treatment targets what your body actually needs that day — not just a set routine. From there the massage is tailored to your areas of tension, injury or pain.

Do you charge extra for dry needling or cupping?

No — we offer dry needling and cupping at no additional cost. If either technique will help, it's simply woven into your massage session.

Can I have naturopathy and massage in the same visit?

Yes — combined sessions are one of the things clients love most. The naturopathic consultation comes first, then you move straight into your massage. A combined initial visit runs 120 minutes; combined return visits run 90 minutes.

Initial naturopathic consultations are 60 minutes, follow-ups are 30 minutes, and extended follow-ups are 45 minutes. Remedial massage sessions are 60 minutes. Combined initial visits run 120 minutes and combined return visits 90 minutes.

How often will I need to come in?

It depends on you. For naturopathy, follow-ups typically sit every two to four weeks while your plan settles in, then stretch out as things improve. For massage, some clients come weekly during a flare-up and monthly for maintenance — we'll always give you an honest recommendation, never a lock-in schedule.

Do you offer after-hours or weekend appointments?

Yes — we offer after-hours appointments during the week and Saturday morning sessions, because health care shouldn't have to compete with your work day. Ask when you book and we'll find a time that fits.

Are treatments covered by health insurance?

Accepted Answer

Remedial massage is claimable under many extras policies — check your level of cover with your health fund. Naturopathy hasn't been covered by private health insurance in Australia since 2019, so naturopathic consultations aren't claimable, and we keep those fees transparent instead.

Do you work with NDIS participants?

Yes. We're an unregistered NDIS provider, which means we can support self-managed and plan-managed participants. If that's you, get in touch and we'll talk through how our services can fit your plan.

Alanna Cottrill holds a Bachelor of Health Science (Naturopathy), a Diploma of Remedial Massage, a Bachelor of Exercise and Sports Science, and Certificates III & IV in Fitness. She is a member of the Australian Natural Therapists Association (ANTA).
